Breakfast is super busy, sometimes needed to wait for more than 30 mins to be seated. Room condition is great but lack technology…..eg all lights needed to be switched off one by one, drapes are closed and opened by hand.

Overall good but breakfast needs improvement

Hotel room was good, very clean, good condition. The waterpark is great. The issue we had in our stay was the breakfast: huge line which delayed our seating time. Employees trying to organize the big line were very annoying asking people to wait very close to each other in the line. After that they changed the end time the buffet from 11:30 to 11:15. We had to ear everything in 15 minutes. It was a very stressfull experience.

Very busy hotel - Not for relaxation

It was disappointing. Very busy hotel - it is family hotel. So if you need a relax/romantic time for a couple - this is not the place to go... Kids run around in the hall, lobby, everywhere all the way till midnight and later. Waiting time for check-in, check-out 20 to 25 minutes. lovely decor and nice restaurants but way too busy. Room decor is a bit outdated. Carpets smell inside the room. Checkout is at 11 AM - every ad on you have to pay. As a guest you get lost in the system and in the sea of noise around you.

Amazing experience and would definitely come again. The hotel resort has everything, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, lots of dining options and facilities like pool and aquarium. Service is 5 start.

Everything was good except every other day I was getting stopped to show them I got a room their and they didn't ask every other person walking by to show their proof but only me. And the neighbors were very loud and kids yelling.
