This property is located in Down Town Dallas, TX. The area is very close to many points of intrest. Especially the medical center. Very clean and the staff is excellent when not overwhelmed in the evening during happy hour! Highly recommended. The rooms are small, but neat. Exactly what is needed and functional. I suggest an upper room for the most privacy unless socializing is important. Not for the whole family. Solo or couples only. The building has been completely rehabilated from former office use. Like new. Great concept.

I wish I had stayed at this hotel my entire stay. Very friendly staff, nice walkable area. And this blew my mind, my room had one of those smart toilets. I dont know if every room has that, but room 106 did and it was cool!

This is exactly what I needed— a place to sleep and clean up. There was no shower curtain or door so things got a little wet. The complimentary sangria during happy hour was an unexpected treat, and the price for the parking lot across the street was extremely reasonable. And it was only a 15min walk to Deep Ellum!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was just one night. We went to a concert at the American Airlines Center. It was a short drive to the AAC. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable. It worked perfectly for us.

I wanted to do some things that I have not done in a long time. I wanted to stay in a place nearby. I am in a wheelchair so some places are not bad but unable to accommodate the chair. I was put in a room with plenty of space and a roll in shower. James and Grant were helpful and knowledgeable. They made my stay Stress free and very enjoyable . I had clean towels and bed linen. I was on the first floor and loved it. Will tell all the people I know to visit. I will visit again.

You’re paying for location. Easily walkable to deep ellum and downtown. Service was very friendly, location was great and it was clean. But it’s not really a hotel room, more of a sleep pod. The bed was very hard so my husband and I both had pain from it the next day. There was only one pillow per person and they were smaller than couch pillows, wholly inadequate pillow situation. But it was in a good location. Location is the only reason to stay here.
