i love this hotel so much i always stay here however, this time we had a big issue with the shower and sink clogging. it would fill up almost immediately and took forever to drain. we had to turn the shower off while lathering so it wouldn’t overflow

Great facility and location. The hotel is very clean and secure. Very well situated for shopping and night life. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the NY and modern-industrial vibe. Jon Henry at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine The only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t control the air it got real hot at night and we couldn’t change the air conditioning because it was locked which I didn’t appreciate My husband and I have traveled a lot and been in many hotels and this is the first time this has happened. So for this reason we won’t be back it night not be a big deal to a lot of people but for us it was you want to be comfortable and relaxed where u stay especially where u sleep
