The hotel is beautiful. It’s very close to the Seaport Village. We go out to drink coffee and dine with ocean view and nice breeze. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Anyone we interacted with at the hotel was very kind and helpful, the location is fantastic, and our room was fantastic - a corner water view room...perfection! We enjoyed walking around Seaport Village and taking the ferry to Coronado Island. The only thing that was weird was the pool was very warm and loud on the weekend with the DJ. Oh well though - still a great stay!

We were able to check in early, but were not offered an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location, overall good although carpet in corridors and bathroom need updating. We would certainly return.

The staff was so polite as soon as I walked through the doors. I was so pleased with the nearby shops and walkabilty of the hotel. I felt safe and the room was so comfortable and clean. Plenty of seating in the room and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Nice room but poor room service
The corner room we had was huge with incredible views of the marina. Everything was really nice except for the room service. We ordered in room dining for dinner and breakfast the next day. I realize that room service is always expensive but for the price I expected at least real plates, utensils and glassware. Not disposable paper products. At $80 for 2 breakfast I expected real plates.

Congested with convention guest and rooms keys not working daily have to go front desk to have it set up. Mouldy smell had to change room. The new room had bathroom fixtures broken. It’s a mess don’t live on this property
