Registration staff were amazing! Hotel is clean and updated and the location is great! Not super impressed with the burger place there. Bar staff was not friendly. They didn't even acknowledge us when we sat down. We asked to sit elsewhere. Food was mediocre at best. Order got screwed up but the did remedy that. Overall, hotel was great! Restaurant, not so much.

Quality and comfort of the hotel was top Notch. They provide lid a shuttle service which was very helpful. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist with anything. For only $10, you can add a breakfast voucher onto your stay. Not your typical hotel breakfast. They have a restaurant and a full bar. The food was really good. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable beds.

Had a great stay here this weekend! Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was nice and comfortable and it was a great perk to have both a fridge and microwave. Neither my husband or I noticed any noise issues from the highway. Our fridge made a slight humming noise all weekend, but it was easily drowned out by the tv or AC. The best part was free parking! Thats nearly impossible to find downtown and we were so grateful. I will definitely be staying here again for any future trips to Grand Rapids!

went there for a weekend concert so everywhere was packed, but we had a blast. This hotel is very walkable to the arena, and they don't charge for parking.
