Very lovely property but due the back to back storms prop is little out of shape they are working on it though. Under the circunstances it was a pleasant and lovely stay...definitely recommend it

Great stay! Wish I could rate higher, but due to the cleanliness of the bathrooms(just assuming because they are old) it looks like it’s not clean but it’s just old. Also, due to the fact they are rebuilding the area after the hurricanes there’s not much to see and the area is in bad shape. I’m sure it’s beautiful and I will definitely stay here again if I visit again. The staff was extremely friendly and got my daughter and I in after the Hyatt canceled my reservations. We slept peacefully. The cafe was amazing and the food was outstanding!

I am aware a hurricane just passed so there were small things that normally any vacationer would not tolerate. But we were just coming off of four days without power, with 3 babies, so we were just grateful to be in a place that was safe and had air conditioning and power. the amount of horrendous things that happened were almost impossible. The “Staff” or whatever you can call people who sit at a desk and seem to have no knowledge of CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. These women were awful. Awful. The elevators weren’t working because of the storm, totally understandable. But gave us a fourth floor walk up knowing we had kids. Okay.The cable and WiFi were out?that’s pretty crappy since we were just in the dark for days, but we can understand. All they had to do was tell us. No we found out on our own. Went to make coffee since I’m an exhausted mom of Babies remember? The filter holder contained a filter in it from seemingly the 80’s covered in mold and rot. Gross. But still, I was calm and understood that stuff happens. I walked to the front desk to grab a new one. I showed the clerk and she took 2 days. The fire alarm wouldn’t stop beeping so she handed me batteries and said good luck. If you’re the only person working, why be open? Why subject us to this? SPOILER alert: it gets worse. The AC went out for two days and they were in no rush to get a repair man. Got to 85degrees inside! Found palmetto roaches under the sofa bed. Fun! And my daughters blood stained comforter? Yum!

Sunset Vistas is a very good place to stay. Large condo with walk in shower and all amenities included. The pools are always clean and the correct temp. Convenient cafe for brkfst and snacks. The pool bar is convenient but high priced. The place is showing it's age. Could use some remodel inside the units. High priced for the condition of the building.

While units are very nice size, ours was not clean at checkin. We reported to front desk but there was no response until checkout day (5 days later). Manager said she just got the message. No broom in unit so could not sweep the dirty, sandy floors. Sofa had many stains and needs replacing. Great location and restaurant was very handy and good. Pool seems well maintained. Need next effort in housekeeping. Staff was nice.

We stayed at the Sunset Vistas for a long weekend celebration. Pulling into the resort, the property is a little snug, but the building itself is nice and well kept. Our checkin went smoothly, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, it felt like we were arriving home! The majority of the parking is under cover with reserved parking for the units - one space for our unit, but there are some overflow spots of you need an extra space. The parking spaces were wide enough, but the aisles in between were tight, so I would avoid driving overly large SUVs or Pickup Trucks there, but this is not something I hold against them.Our room was well kept, with all the standard condo or timeshare style amenities. Though the property is older, they have done a great job keeping it up. The onsite bar and cafe were a nice touch. The beach was a short walk through the dune. The only reason I gave property condition 4 out of 5 stars - when we arrived, the living room TV was dead and had to be replaced (handled quickly once they knew, they were great!) and the house phones need to be replaced (they informed us and I have no doubt they will fix it). The maintenance team and guest services were top notch - as good as any top tier resorts. We will return for stays in the future. The service alone is worth it.

The bathroom shower was very dirty with mold. The kitchen drawer was broken and I didn’t like having to get my towels at the front desk every day. I would rate this property out of a 10 a 5 1/2

Our check I was supposed to be at 4. We did not get checked in until after 5. They supposed “upgraded” us to a different room. This room was dirty and dingy. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to upload pictures. Dirty shower, broken and dirty pillows on the couch, dingy kitchen. I wish I could share the pictures.
