Everything about this hotel was awesome, great location, lots of character, great staff. We were very disappointed up checking in that the roof top bar was closed all day for a Private Event and the Main Lobby bar was closed from 5-8. The roof top bar was one of the reasons we chose The Phelps.

What can I say? The entire staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff treated me like a King. A special shout out to Angie and the entire breakfast crew. They made me feel special. I will definitely be coming back.

The property is a bit rundown. The service is short staffed and a bit disorganized so we were disappointed in addition of the room and level of service we were expecting based on the rate we paid and brand. We also suspect our new phone case was lifted from our van we valet’ed. but no proof it’s just oddly missing.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the rooftop areas, courtyard, indoor bar and service was great. Our room needs some attention. *The garbage disposal did not work *The closet door was off track and we had to keep pulling it up to move it *The duvet,/comforter was DIRTY *The desk chair should be replaced *The bathroom cabinets need to be painted or add new staining *I think the housekeeping staff may have forgotten to leave paper towels and dishwasher detergent (our room did not have either) The room and bathroom were clean Loved the large room Breakfast was great Hospitality was Awesome We will stay again

Great stay in Cincinnati
This Marriott was fabulous. The location was perfect and in a walkable area. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room had a full size kitchen that we didn't use, but had everything you would need.

Wonderful property and location! Beautiful courtyard and lovely green space right across the street. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Amazing staff especially Karen B. at the front desk… she was so kind to us during our stay and went above and beyond!
