I heard staff members using profanity in kitchen area at breakfast, employee telling that she didn’t care about her job. Other employees sitting in dining area on cell phones every morning.Food on buffet was overcooked and coffee was lukewarm. Employee are more sociable with each other than with the guests. What a bunch of poorly trained people. This is not a guest first property.

I figured I'd pay a bit more for a hotel that (on the outside) looked a little nicer. That was a mistake. The room smelled like a smoking room and there was hair everywhere (packed in the drains and all over the floor). We ended up at a different hotel in Elyria (Holiday Inn Express) the next night and it was $100 /night cheaper and much, much nicer. Pass on this one, folks.

The bedsheets were dirty and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Only thing clean were the towels. Even the fridge handle was caked with dirt. Very disappointed and should have stayed elsewhere. Will never stay here again.
Visible hair throughout the room and the carpet had visible debris on it.
The window curtain was filthy and had a repulsive smell.

The area had experienced severe weather. I was able to get a room so i had a place to sleep and shower while my nearby town had been severely damaged. They made me feel welcomed and it was quite comfortable.

The kitchen floor tiles in our room we cracked and glued back with transparent glue of some sort that did not keep them in place And the floor was very sticky The day I checked out the piece of broken tile got stuck to my foot and cut me I advised the front desk and just said they would send someone to go check it out…. Very disappointed by their Lack of concern for my injury
