Wonderful hotel at a great location!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is newly remodeled and it is super clean and shiny. The little kitchen in the room is very convenient and the double-sink bathrooms are designed very well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was beyond my expectations. And you can't beat the location which is almost right on Michigan ave! I will stay here every time I visit Chicago!

Great location, beautiful hotel

This was an absolute great stay! The hotel was perfectly located and was walkable to so mamy areas. It had great food options in the hotel and was right next door to the 4 story starbucks. It was my husbands and I's first time in Chicago and we would definitely stay here again. The only flaw was the price you pay for parking, it was ridiculously expensive and only allowed so many ins and outs. However, from what we researched, this is normal in Chicago so please look those up if you have a rental.

This was hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Can you imagine feeling like a super star as you entered the hotel everyday?? That is what it felt like. The location is prime and literally walking distance from food, shops, and activities.

Great Beakfast!

Check-in was somewhat confusing. No check-in desk @ Entry & Bell staff easily distracted. Check-In is on the 20TH FL. Had to call for early bag drop procedure. Check-in is 4 PM. When I came back @ 4:30 Bell staff suggested they may not have a room for me. Went to Front desk & All Good. Great room. The AM Complimentary Breakfast was top notch. Would make a return trip now that the snags have been discovered.
