Our room was quiet and comfortable. However, maid service was not provided until after we checked out. Also, 3 members of our group were stuck in elevators for about 10 minutes before the maintenance man helped get them out. An elevator mechanic did fix the problem. Grab and go breakfast was inadequate.

Just a note the shower door in the bathroom. The handle was loose in the room 609 also the toilet paper holder in room 60 one was loose. Also, one of the biggest problem is the fan in the bathrooms continuously running, which makes it not quiet at night and that those a big issue because when you’re in the bathroom, you can see a big draft coming from underneath the bathroom door going to the exhaust fan, which makes it not comfortable for someone sitting in the bathroom or taken a shower

The place looked closed when we arrived, and the person at the desk didn't seem to notice me standing there until I said something. Room seemed like it was just reset from previous guest, like towels from guest prior we're just hastily folded and put back. Curtains for window were broken, so it was hard to block out the parking lot lights, and the hallway smelled like someone had used it as a bathroom. Our bathroom shower looked like it was finished in a rush by an unlicensed handyman, holes in the shower where fixture covers should have been, and the water leaked out in to the bathroom all over the floor. Had to use towels to levy the water from flooding the entire bathroom while taking a 5 minute shower. Plus there was hair from previous guests all over the shower curtains and walls. Also, saying it had a breakfast was quite the stretch. Old coffee full of grounds. The bed was comfortable, but I would be very hesitant to ever stay here again.

Was disappointed there was no restaurant on the premises like the website had stated. The reason we chose that hotel was because it had a bar and restaurant on the premises. We like it when we can stay and have the comfort of the hotel and restaurant in the same place.
