I stayed with my dog, mom, and son. The staff were very calm and friendly. The breakfast was not the best but the complementary coffee was excellent. I enjoyed the location, but the construction was annoying . Overall a great place to stay.

Tracey was so pleasant at check-in. I’ve never been treated so nicely by a staff member at checkin. She was personable, kind, accommodating, and informative. Hotel was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was a good spread. 24/7 coffee available. All staff I came across greeted me and smiled! Was here for the weekend to visit my son at NU.

The hotel is very clean. Staff members are friendly. Easy to check in and check out. Room size is very good. The continental breakfast has what is common for such affairs. There are plenty outdoor parking spaces. My room has a small microwave oven as well as a refrigerator. One side of the hotel faces a highway. It didn’t affect my sleep, and I stayed there for four nights straight. The hotel provides ear plugs, but I didn’t need them.

It was a nice place close to the performance center where we were attending a celebration. Free hot breakfast is always a plus when traveling with children. My 7 yr old enjoyed the pool. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The gym could use some TLC. Half the treadmills were not functional, but there was enough other equipment to make up for it. Would definitely consider this again if we needed a place to stay while visiting the area
