Have only two complaints about this hotel over the weekend. The first complaint is there was no parking until like the second day and it was still bare minimum. I guess cause they were having a wedding, but they still should have accommodated everybody that closed off parking which nobody was parked in on the first night we stay on Friday The second night we didn’t get into park in the second parking lot. They need more parking spaces. secondly I had called early Saturday morning asked for four extra washcloths never got sent to us. We came back me and I found a member came back from shopping and the maid was in our room And we asked her. Could she give us for extra washcloths because we like to use two of each she didn’t do that and she understood what we were saying and she told us to call down the front desk which we had called prior, but they never had sent us the wash cloths The only two complaints for overall staff was very accommodating. I had great customer service rooms was clean and need when we checked in overall a 10 out of 10/10

They stole my husbands Jordan’s. They made a fake report and they claimed they would credit a night if Expedia reaches out to them. No one helped with anything. They all are working together to plot and steal peoples properties. I’m disgusted with their services
