Suite jacuzzi didn't work, maintenance was unable to repair it doing our stay and was not credited for our inconvenience and ice machine on floor didn't work had to go to lobby are for ice. Hotel was very aware of these issues before our stay, this hotel was listed as a 4 star hotel it was more like a motel instead. BUYER BEWARE! TO TOP IT OFF CLERK REFUSED TO PRINT A RECEIPT BECAUSE IT WAS A THIRD PARTY BOOKING! With the issues we had I think printing a receipt is the least they could have done. But Karma Bites Hard!

Pretty good stay for the price
Speedy check in, great stay overall. The bed sheets had stains that questioned if the sheets were clean. Hair in a few places of the bathroom. Old soap was left in the tub area. Two of the large vents needed to be replaced. The carpet possibly had a small odor due to its age. But it looked fairly clean. Older building in my opinion but everything looked taken care of. Breakfast was basic compared to the rest of the hotels. However I will stay again, the front desk was concerned about giving great service and experience.
