Family group
The property is spacious and has lovely views. The location is quiet with plenty to do within a short drive. Communication with the host was disappointing as no messages were answered and there is no BBQ on site, despite it being listed in the property details. Something to be aware of for future guests-the floorboards are extremely noisy and all movement can be heard throughout the house.

Very good location, very spacious including the outbuildings, great for walks, getting to Canterbury (15 min drive), to the north downs walks and other locations in Kent.
