Do not let them order you a taxi, they have a way of double charging you. Taxi they ordered for me charge me twice and extremely high. Uber was 280 pesos to the airport when i checked, and taxi charge 650 pesos from me. They will ask you to use card for payment and claim it doesn't go through. It showed a different cab company charged you on ur bank history, and they show you their transaction which doesn't have nothing on. I had to go to the atm to pay her 650 pesos. Just so you know, go with cash ONLY!

Safe clean cozy downtown cancun.
Everything was close by main center downtown cancan, shops,restaurants and theaters uber services are quick to pick you wherever you want to go. Small rooms quite perfect to sleep 😴 beds were good cozy. Windows well unfortunately you can't open. Has a walmart under wonderful store you can get some quick snacks. No refrigerator in the rooms that a sad they don't have a bucket to put ice so you have to buy a little cooler if you want to. Staff was nice room clean that a plus.safe also to stay they have security so you can enjoy your stay.

Check in was incredible easy and I appreciated the hotel holding our bags. However, we weren’t provided enough towels during our stay and there was a huge hiccup with reserving the room. We were promised a double room as that was what o ordered online. However we received the smallest room and was told that’s all they have. The front desk representative wasn’t willing to accommodate or help out.

I did not want to write a review at all but this is my second time staying at this property within a month and figured it would be a better experience the second time around. It definitely was not and honestly the way I feel, I would like a refund. The check in is always the same, usual formalities. The room is the problem, this doesn’t seem like a place to fix the issue if you say the room is not okay. The first time I stayed, the room was dirty, I went out to buy cleaning supplies like wipes, to just do what I can. I also payed for breakfast for All the days I was there and it was never on my lodging info when I checked in, nor was I refunded. I know for a fact that I paid for it. My second time, which was basically 2 days ago, when I checked in the room, it smelled moldy and was wet everywhere, I left the room and went out to spend time outside, just to see if it would dry by the time I come back; because maybe they just cleaned before I got there, and maybe the smell was from a mop or something. Wrong, the floors was still wet and the smell was terrible. So I thought to myself “ it’s only 1 night, let’s turn the AC on see if that helps a bit”. Wrong move, the AC was broken I have a video of how it sounds when you turn it on and pictures with time stamps of the floor still being wet. It was the most uncomfortable sleep, it was stuffy and hot. I gave it 2 chances. I’m not a fussy traveler, life happens. However, I will not stay there again.
