We have stayed at the Rose’ 3 times now and we love it! The staff is amazing!! Our only complaint is that the beds are too hard! Can’t stay in one position for long as the bed is so hard and starts causing pain!

Staff was amazing, no jacuzzi, buffet was not good not many options accept for on Sunday that was amazing. Rooms need updating. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Room 2044 it was a Suite. Suchi bar was really good.

Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. Resort shows some aging and wear but the staff and bar/food service make up for that. Good value for your vacation dollars. Swimmable beach at this resort is one of the few on the Medano strip. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a beautiful resort, and we loved the pool and easy access to the Medano beach. However, there were a few shortcomings. No WIFI outlets in the bedroom, bad outlet in the kitchen (ruined both of our chargers). The pool service was super-slow (and it wasn't even that busy)...and the extra charges (up to $35 per person at one of their sister locations, Sunset Beach?!?) for their best restaurant (?!?), despite being "All-Inclusive" struck us as a bit scammy. THE worst thing was these Mexican vendors on the beach. You could not relax and view the beautiful beach scene because of these vendors harassing the guests on the beach...OMG!!! As much as I loved the resort itself and the wonderful location, I would have loved to give 5 stars, but there were just too many shortcomings.
