The bed was horrible. It was the worst sleep of my life. You could feel and hear each spring in the bed The hot water i n shower was hot and didnt run out The refrigerator functioned The heat in room functioned There was a sufficient amount of channels on the TV Unfortunately i cannot recommend this location due to the uncomfortable bed

Unfortunately, my staycation was compromised by a bed bug infestation. When I presented the issue to the front desk, accompanied by the bed bugs on a hand towel, the clerk showed no concern and simply apologized. Following our 6 a.m. wake-up call, we devoted three hours to inspecting and bagging our belongings. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were substandard, featuring dirty linen, hair, burnt cigarette holes, inadequate water pressure, and a malfunctioning toilet. Our initial room assignment was unsuitable due to its proximity to the mechanical room, with frequent noise from machines and an adjacent ice machine. Moreover, the fridge contained leftover food from previous occupants. The staff's indifferent attitude persisted, including a dismissive response to my request for additional face towels. Presently, I am undertaking thorough cleaning and disinfection measures at home, including 30-minute dryer cycles for all items brought to the hotel.

Well, you get what you pay for. We took the chance on this place, but won’t return. From The awful smell of urine in the room, to unfriendly staff, to dirty bed sheets and towels…. We were not impressed. There was also only one night table and limited outlets (inconvenient for charging devices and using a medical sleep machine). Let’s just say: we didn’t sleep under the covers, and were happy to spend minimal time in our room (max 8 hours, mainly just to sleep). If you’re looking for comfort or luxury (or even the bare minimum for comfort) this is not it!
