A good hotel let down by poor soundproofing- so even on the 5th floor the noise of the tram could be clearly heard in the room I would stay again but ask for a room not overlooking the street

Excellent hotel, doesn’t have carpet so may not suit everyone. Comfy beds, great location. Breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly. Will definitely be back.

Hotel is targeted to younger people, has an art theme. Room was large with a large window and comfortable bed. Location is 7-12 min from subways. They have an excellent breakfast, likely my favorite part of the hotel stay.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were large and clean. We had 2 actual king beds (not 2 twin beds shoved together). The bathroom had an actual bathtub. The air conditioning was excellent. The nHow app was very good and useful. The surrounding area was sketchy but the hotel is a very short walk to the tram stop so it’s easy to get around Brussels

This hotel is like a living work of art! The beautiful and smart design was welcoming. It was a wonderful stay for our layover after two weeks in Europe. The staff was so accommodating and we had an excellent dinner at the onsite restaurant.
