The toilet was broken and overflowed 2x and ran the rest of the time. The heater didn’t work so it was either too cold or too hot.

Upon arrival I went to make up the sofa bed for my daughter to find that the extra bedding in the room wasn't stocked. The only item in the bag was a pillow with a big hair and bits of lint on it. I requested new bedding and waited a half an hour but we had to leave for an event so i let the front desk staff know to drop off the bedding since we couldn'twait. She let us know that they were short staffed which is understandable. we got back over 8 hours later to no bedding. I had to go down to get it to make the bed. The bathroom had two towels in it for 3 people. The voice mails from the previous patron were not erased. The refrigerator door was hung on the wrong side in a galley style kitchen so you could not stand in front of it to open it. You had to lean over the top of the door and could only access the top shelf.

The property is nice the rooms are spacious the staff is friendly. The things that I didn't appreciate is 1. Check out is at 12 someone knocked on our door at 11:30 saying “room service” and asking if we are going to check out I was confused because I thought we were late. That never happen to me before at a hotel. 2. The complimentary tea and hot water dispenser ran out I told the girl at the front desk she went in the back to get me a cup of hot water instead of filling up the dispenser. 3. For breakfast they served eggs with ham in it but don't put a sign or warn the guest ham is in the eggs nit everyone eats ham.

Hotel was located close to many dining and shopping options. The staff was very nice and room was clean. The one issue that I had was that the heat did not work in the living area of our suite. I was pretty cold out during our stay. the bedroom had heat, but the living/kitchen area was very cold.
