This property is not well maintained. Shower did not work at all, toilet seat cracked all the way through. Elevator broken and other elevator made terrible noises, no ice in ice machines and more. Old bedding, no comforter, just a blanket. Beds were not comfortable. It was busy and the staff was nice but stressed. Very disappointed.

Experience was terrible. Was informed pool was broken after i had already paid. Room was filthy. All the warning signs in the parking lot letting me know property was not responsible for anything that happened to my car should have been a warning sign. Reviews talking about catalytic converters being stolen and cars being broken into was not reassuring. Couldn't sleep all night worrying my car would not be safe. The whole experience was terrible. For the amount of money i was being charged i certainly expected way better. I will NOT be staying here in the future. Do better. Be better.

Must be under new management.
Tried to check-in at 2:45pm (check-in is 3:00pm) and rude front desk person said no rooms were ready yet. She called me at 3pm to say a room was now ready. The place is falling apart. She seemed to hate her job and was not competent in customer service.The elevator didn't work well and the pool was closed for maintenance. Our room was 83 degrees with the air on. Called for someone to fix it and was rudely told "I'll see if a tech is around." Finally another front desk person said she would go up and reset the AC. She did and it cooled down, but still not great. One bed had a dust ruffle on the base, the other did not. The lobby was probably nice at one point, but is shabby now and not well taken care of. If I had a refundable room, I would have checked out and left with my family to another hotel.

No AC!!!!! Room was a Sauna
I could not sleep. No windows to open. 80 degrees in the room. 85 degrees in the hall. The AC was broken. Also, no hot water in the morning. Cold shower. It felt good but I could have used a little hot water. It’s hard to believe that hotels.com would recommend such a place.

Poorly maintained Wyndham
The hotel is poorly maintained. I reserved 2 rooms for a family stay and in neither room did the AC function. The reading lamps and the cafe machine were broken. I changed to a room on the third floor and it had no hot water. The front desk said to run the water for 5-10 mins to warm it up. Another room had a toilet that constantly filled.

Undoubtably the worst maintained Wyndham
I booked two rooms for a family stay. In both rooms the AC was inoperable and in one the AC cover was off and the filter removed. The front desk sent maintenance by and reset the ACs but they still did not work. We changed rooms and one room was on the third floor with no hot water for 2 days. The front desk said just to run the water for ten mins or more. After wasting 3/4 tub of water it would get warm. In both of the original rooms the reading lights over the bed were broken. The rooms have no overhead lights and are dark. The coffee machine was broken. One of the rooms had a toilet that would keep running. Also I was given a key that opened 383 not 384. When my key did not work I thought I remembered wrong. I tried 383, I opened the door and not surprisingly startled the woman inside. For 384 I had to get three sets of keys before getting an operable set.

The hotel had free parking, which was good. The staff were not friendly at all. The pool was empty completely. The elevators were not working properly. The floors were wet inside the and the hallways. The room was very clean and comfy, but definitely not staying in this hotel. Also they have banquets or parties on the first floor and it’s always busy.
