Highly recommend this Hotel!! My standards are extremely high ! They met every one of my marks! Very very clean and well put together!! The bed was very soft and the pillows were abundant! The water was extremely hot and it’s pretty quiet in the room minus the vibration of the subway underfoot. The breakfast was cute! Muffins, coffee cake, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, English muffins, an assortment of Tea plenty of hot water and coffee and a few other things. All of the staff is very attentive! They offered to help us with our bags which was not necessary but we were thankful! Parking is across from the hotel and it was $48 for 24 hours. It was a very easy and beautiful experience! Highly recommend!

I had such a great stay! The hotel has a laid-back atmosphere and is absolutely beautiful, full of character and stories waiting to be discovered. Its location is perfect—close to everything you could need or want to explore. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, with a welcoming ambiance. The staff truly stood out; they were not only helpful but also so pleasant to chat with. I can’t wait to visit again! Also if you get a chance book dinner at Talula's Garden, the roasted chicken is lite.

The Morris House is our favorite place to stay! The property is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in old town Philly. Each room is unique unto itself. This year our room was upstairs in the main house. It was spacious, clean, quiet and decorative. We enjoyed a ‘help yourself’ breakfast in their library - fresh fruit and muffins, hard-boiled eggs and cereal, a nice selection of teas and coffee. We look forward to our next visit there!

The Morris House was everything we were looking for. The hotel itself was warm & welcoming, the staff were friendly, and the bed was super comfy! Stop in at The Morris restaurant for happy hour during the week. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed only one night because I had a meeting at 8am in Philadelphia. This is such a little gem! It has all the charm from and old mansion, the pictures, history. Very cozy and the staff was amazing. I already had checked out but stayed in the lobby for a couple of hours to work,and I was offered water and coffee, and it was just a wonderful experience. Everyone who works at Morris Hotel House was very friendly and provided excellent service in response to any questions or concerns we had. We were shown personally to our room and appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The beds were also very comfortable. This hotel is also very close to tourist spots and center city nightlife.

They are not aware of the contents of the text of their automated arrival communications, provided by links in their emails. On checkour . I had a lengthy conversation their desk person, but later the same person called and were unaware I had checked out over two hours earlier. Please do not charge me the $250 late checkout fee. Since I dropped off my key with a human being and left at 9:30am.
