We were going to concert at PPG. It was nice how close it was. It was close to the park and restaurants. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was my first time downtown city Hotel and the staff made it easy to find our way around. The hotel room had a beautiful view of the city lights. The bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful time in Pittsburgh.

Our stay was good. This was our first visit to Pittsburgh. My Daughters new coach lives in Pittsburgh so we will be doing monthly visits through next summer. The location and parking was a great convenience. Room was clean with the exception of the sheets. There was a small blood stain on them under the pillow. I would question whether the sheets were washed seems the stain wasn’t faded. Also on the way down from in the elevator there was a man (possibly homeless) giving out wilted roses. My daughter and I declined but he was pushy for us to take one. Once we took one he asked for any donation for the rose. I do not carry cash but had a couple dollars so I gave them to him but he persisted for more money. Refusing to take the rose back he followed us asking for more money. We were extremely uncomfortable with this and felt harassed. This shouldn’t be allowed. Aside from those two issues all was great.

Property was very clean. Only issues we had were with a dog barking constantly in a neighboring room and a lack of information from staff. Never knew there was a snack area until we checked out. Would have been helpful. Good location.
