Right in the midst of everything!! Night desk person very helpful and accommodating. Arrival clerk performed a room change without resistance. Very helpful. Drawback valet service seems to be separate from property and part of garage. Not a big deal once you understood they do not work together

The Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Pittsburgh is a fabulous hotel. Guest services were excellent and the room was perfect for our short stay. It is conveniently located- within a mile to PNC Park- which was our purpose for this trip. Parking is right next to the hotel and there is a good hotel restaurant on the premises as well. Nice hotel for the price.

Enjoyed our stay at this wonderfully located facility. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, checked in quickly and offered complimentary water. Parking garage next door was perfect (grab the ticket to give the front desk for your in-out pass - $35 a day but worth the convenience). Room was spacious, clean and appointed as shown online.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hilton. The room was very clean with comfortable bedding and nice amenities. The location is within walking distance to market square which has a variety of restaurants to choose from. I was there for 6 nights, and on the day we left, the elevators were out of order. We were allowed to use the service elevator instead. I do not know how long the elevators were out, but it did not impact my stay there.
