Noise. Next door was partying at mid night, I called front desk, the staff reacted quickly but the residents continued shouting out loud without consider other people in the hotel. The bed is old and the mattress is out of shape. You can see the stain on the office chair. Breakfast is nicely set-up, but placing hot food in the plastic tray is not pleasant. I wish there were recycling and trash bins in the dining area.,
