You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Tranquility Awaits

Entire Guest House. One bedroom, one bathroom with loft. Three beds, queen, full and single. Full kitchen, laundry, dedicated work space with docking station, 2 smart TVs. On site free parking. Close to major highways, BWI Airport, Downtown Annapolis, Washington DC, Baltimore, Westfield Mall, Navy Stadium, Renaissance Festival, Eisenhower Golf Course.

The space
There is 750 square foot of living space including the loft. You have your own private entrance, washer and dryer, water heater, and HVAC unit operated by a Nest thermostat. The only thing shared is the water, electricity and the backyard.

Our tap water is totally the best! You must try it before you bring bottled water.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to stay at home and cook dinner or even bake cookies.

Our sprawling backyard is great for frisbee or football.
We have a fire pit and propane grill you can use.

In the summer, I'm happy to share fresh vegetables and greens for your salad.

Sally was a great host and I enjoyed my time at her property. As a student filmmaker, I had an unusual request and she was more than accommodating in opening up her space to us. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed during my booking. She left fresh fruit for my crew, as well, which was also very generous. The space itself was cute and comfortable and had more than enough available to suit multiple guests. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
