"Although this is listed under whole house it is only a room in a house. There is a private entrance and patio which gives the impression of a more private stay. The stay is a single room and one bed with a bathroom large enough to comfortably fit 2 people. I would definitely feel too crammed if we had more than 2 people.Theres a private patio that is both screened and a larger outdoor area that is unscreened. Which was really cool! The warm weather was perfect for hanging outside in the screened patio. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with.The neighborhood was quiet and safe and was the perfect location for easy access to the beach as well as other areas we drove to. The extra items were SO helpful to have such as the beach chairs and towels etc. There were a couple of snacks and drinks which added a really thoughtful touch. I dont think the hosts were very loud but the nature of the room did allow for a lot of noise. We could easily hear conversations that were had too near the neighboring wall. We tried to stay extra quiet to not disturb them so guests who may be a little louder or guests who are easily startled by noise may need to adjust for that.Overall a wonderful stay. We would definitely return if we found ourselves in the area again."

"The property owners were so nice and available. We will definately be back. I was amazed at the price for the many accomodations offered. The location was very conveniet to Tarpon Springs!"

"Just wanted to endorse this property but more importantly the owners. We were recently in the Tampa area for a golf outing and 50th birthday celebration. The property fit our needs perfectly. However, it was the transparency and honesty of the ownership that was most impressive. There were some unfortunate maintenance issues that needed to be addressed during our stay on the property due to the recent storms. The ownership appreciated the inconvenience and proactively negotiated a significant discount on our stay to compensate us for the disturbance. I highly recommend the property but also the support of the hosts."
