The staffs are polite and helpful. However, the flushing system at the toilet have to be improved. It is too noisy. We were waken up by the shower noises in the early morning.

We loved everything about this property! Our family loved the pool, staff, and cleanliness of the hotel. We will DEFINITELY return to stay here in the future! It’s our new go to place to stay while visiting Disneyland!

We enjoyed our stay here, the property is so conveniently located to Disneyland. We also liked there are many restaurant choices right outside. Beds were comfy but not the pull out sleeper sofa. Rooms were clean, pool was nice, parking is good you just have to pay for it

First, the room that I originally reserved and paid was King size, upon check in, the Disney Greetings is missing, agent Ryan attended to us and gave the two Queen size room, I suppose Miss Sabrina Roque's notes about our stay preferences was taken forgranted. The room was located 3rd floor, we observed that our room has a damped water smell. We head back to the front desk for transfer and we were moved 6th floor back side of the building, the lady agent who attended to us said the property is fully booked and there is no any King size room available. I would consider my review 5 stars if our stay was genuinely welcoming and magical. August 10th 2024, I appreciate Miss Sabrina Roque's correspondence but it was too late due to check out, I wish to featured their Disney Themed room on my Instagram, but unfortunately did not happen. The front desk team should be in the same page and consider Disney as the major business, in that said they fail to execute best guest services possible. The location was quite a walk comparing to other properties.

Didn’t like the air conditioning units very loud and can hear other rooms go on and off, didn’t like the pool area maybe needs updating. Overall staff was nice and we had a good ground floor didn’t have to worry about elevators. Easy walk to Disney and was close to 2 food places which was good: I would stay here again!

This hotel is a very short walk to Disneyland entrance- perfect location. It’s clean, not fancy but convenient amenities and a super nice staff. Quiet, comfortable and perfect for a Disney trip.
