No laundry service. There was dry cleaning service, but I stayed more than two weeks and was told before I got there that there was “laundry service”! When I arrived I was told “no laundry service, just dry cleaning.” Next time, I’ll have to stay somewhere that has public access to a laundry room with a washer and drier.

The customer service was awesome & the hotel was beautiful! Our room was a bit smaller than pictured on Expedia & The area around the hotel was not as pretty and inviting as pictured, but it was a very nice, clean hotel with great customer service!

Absolutely loved this property. And the service was excellent at the bar and front desk. Only thing I would change is having to check out so early. Even when requested late check out, only got an hour and then $75 charge after that for another hour. Just didn't work well with a later flight. An exception would have made stay perfection but it was still pretty close.

The room was really dark and only had side lights and the bathroom was very small, there was water on the floor which was leaking from the fridge which I slipped on and fell.
