Urgent Assistance Required for Unpleasant Experience at La Quinta Hotel by Wyndham Remarkables Park/ Queenstown, Our recent incident that has left us extremely disappointed during our stay. We have encountered a series of false allegations at La Quinta Hotel by Wyndham Remarkables Park/ Queenstown, particularly with the lack of reception service in the morning before 08:00 & in the evening at or after 21:00 during our stay for 3 nights, whether we did make a call to the Receiption from the room with no one answer,we have tried to go for the Receiption counter for the same result, we noticed a signboard instructing us to call "0" for the duty manager as attached picture, and we promptly dialed the number by the Hotel’s phone with speaker in hopes of resolving our concerns, unfortunately failed to be helped. In short, their night staff haven’t helped us and came out after we got towels, bath gel and slippers by ourselves over the counter under the cctv they do false allegations to us, please contact us and I would love to provide the details
