Great view from room and very good breakfast. Room was comfortable. We were disappointed that parking was unavailable despite description stating parking was available so be prepared to park on the street. Some staff seemed like they were brand new and not fully prepared to provide services which led to long waits for something as simple as a bowl of ice cream!

Generally the hotel and room were good. Seemed a lot of confusion during check in and checking out as to what had been or not (applied to a lot of customers!!). Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping - room was never properly cleaned (dust everywhere that appeared on your clothes if you put something down and bed sheets never changed even though we stayed 4 nights and were promised they would be changed!!!)

staff was great. exercise room was small and makeable. breakfast was great. bathrooms did not have vanity area nor tub. Only walk in shower with no splashboard, just the floor and a curtain. walking distance to town.
