The property itself was beautiful and the staff for the most part was helpful and cheerful. I was disappointed by the condition of the beach and the inability to go into the water. We also did not have hot water to shower or AC in our room for our last night

The employees were wonderful, the rooms were really cute . The beach is horrible and ugly pretty unusable but the pool area was great. Rent a cabana if you want a place to sit by the pool. Only $55 for the whole day. Food was just okay. We had a good time but in group of 8 no one would go back to this location.

Went for a weekend with friends and the food and alcohol quality were very disappointing. The food lacked Dominican flavor. Alcohol used was of very poor quality, no major brands (must be paid separately). The hotel needs better music and activities during the day . Overall, I would recommend better places in Punta Cana
