Modern hotel in the heart of Chicago Chinatown
It is a new and modern hotel to stay at in Chinatown. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Moses. Even though it was only one night, would have loved to stay longer. The only inconvenient thing is the third party parking garage connected to the hotel. It was full on a Saturday afternoon. Had to wait for cars to leave.

Parking garage is safe and easy. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is awesome. Service is not what it was...there's some passive aggression at the front desk by some not all; and if they overbook, the inconvenience falls on the guests which is unacceptable.
