The artists really put a lot of effort into their work. The food was tasty and the service at the restaurant was excellent. I was picked up by Mr. Jose a driver from Cityrama who was very helpful.

ひとりでは生きづらいなと思ってたのでとってもありがたいツアーでした。宿まで(わたしはメジャーなとこじゃなくゲストハウスだったので、宿の近くまで)送ってくれるのも、一人で行くと治安的に不安だなーとかタクシー呼べるかなとか色々不安に思っていたので助かりました。 なお、ごはんの味はふつうです。おいしいもの食べたい人はもっと金を積んだツアーの方がいいと思います。

This excursion is so expensive and poor quality! DO NOT book this evening. You would do much better to ask hotel staff for a recommendation to a decent restaurant that has fado music. To start the bus was late picking us up, the bus driver Pedro was not friendly. Eventually a tour "guide" joined us. Silvia was unremarkable. The restaurant was located in a run-down area. We were seated at a back table with a couple and a single person whom we did not know, we could not communicate with them due to a language barrier. The show was more of a corny performance and sing-song rather than the tasteful example of the melancholy music I had expected. The meal was terrible, the cheapest ingredients, no choice with appetizer or main course, there was not even a written list of menu items so I did not know what kind of fish we were eating and we couldn't ask the waiting staff as they did not speak English. The fruit for dessert was old,inedible. The brief bus tour after was uninteresting.

The guide was awful!!!! She didn't tell us about all the wonderful things in the city that we saw. She just sat on her seat. No explanation or back ground on the monuments or statues. We kept going round and round the bridge area repeating the same areas. I'm a travel agent and have been on many many tours. This was one of the worst. The Fado show was way too overcrowded!!! We were extremely tightly packed into the place. However, the talent at the show was very wonderful. Beautiful songs and voices! I cannot recommend this tour. I'd rather tell people to take a taxi to the Fado show. There would be no difference and less money.
