If you need assistance with a booking, here's how to contact Travelocity:

1. From the Home screen, tap one of the following buttons, based on which one is available to you:
   • Action Overflow the app's button ( )
   • your device's Menu button
2. Tap Info.
3. Tap Contact Travelocity
4. Select how you want to contact a representative at Travelocity. Important:If you have an urgent issue, please call Travelocity at the number listed

This feature would allow you to book flights to multiple destinations in one transaction.

This feature would allow you to book flights for children in the app.

This feature would allow you to create a new Travelocity account in the app. In the meantime, you can create a new account on Travelocity's desktop website. Once you create your new account, you can log in to the app:

1. Launch Travelocity.
2. From the app's Home screen, tap Trips.
3. Tap Log in for your trips. A pop-up appears.
4. Enter your login credentials, and then tap Sign In.

This feature would allow you to book rental cars in the app.

This feature would allow you to book hotels and flights together.

Combined bookings are considered Travelocity "packages," which the app does not yet support. However, this is a feature that we are looking to add in a future version of the Travelocity app.

Travelocity accounts are location specific. This means that the Country setting in the app should correspond to the website that you use to log in to your account online. For example, if you use Travelocity.com to log in to the Travelocity website, then your app's Country setting should be "United States Travelocity.com."If you are unable to log in using the app, then try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify that you are using the correct username and password by logging in to the Travelocity website.
2. Launch the Travelocity app.
3. Tap one of the following buttons, based on which one is available to you
• the app's Action Overflow button ( )
• your device's Menu button
4. Tap Settings.
5. In the GENERAL section, confirm that your Country setting matches the web address that you used to log in to your account in Step 1. If it doesn't, tap Country to update your setting, and then try logging in again.

The app can display Travelocity trips that you booked using your Travelocity account or as a guest (i.e. not using an Travelocity account). When you book a trip in the app, the trip's itinerary automatically appears in the app's Trips List. When you book a trip on the Travelocity website using your Travelocity account, the trip's itinerary automatically appears in the app's Trips List if you are logged in to your Travelocity account in the app. If you are not logged in to your Travelocity account in the app, do the following:

1. On the Travelocity Home screen, tap the TRIPS tab.
2. Tap Log in for your trips.
3. Enter your Travelocity account credentials, and then tap Log in with Travelocity.

When you book a trip on the Travelocity website as a guest, you can add your trip's itinerary to your Trips List by giving the app access your trip's itinerary. To give the Travelocity app access to your trip's itinerary:

1. On the Travelocity Home screen, tap the Trips tab
2. At the bottom of the Trips List screen, tap ENTER ITINERARY NUMBER. The Find Itinerary screen appears.
3. In the Email Address field, type the email address that you used to book the trip.
4. In the Itinerary # field, type the trip's itinerary number (found on your Travelocity confirmation email), and then tap Find itinerary.

To add a friend's itinerary manually (if the friend booked the trip as a guest):

1. On the Travelocity Home screen, tap Trips.
2. Do one of the following, based on whether you are logged in to your Travelocity account:
   • If you are logged in to your Travelocity account, tap the Add Trip (+) button.
   • If you are not logged in to your Travelocity account, tap Enter an Itinerary Number >.

Type the trip’s associated email address and itinerary number, and then tap Find Itinerary.

To modify a booking in your Trips List:

1. On the Travelocity Home screen, tap the Trips tab.
2. On the Trips List screen, tap the card for the trip item that you want to modify.
3. On the bottom of the Details Card, tap Additional Information. A web view of your booking appears and displays options for changes.

All trip itineraries are automatically deleted from the Trips List approximately 48 hours after the last trip item in the itinerary ends. If you added a friend's itinerary to your Trips List and want to delete it before the trip is complete, you can do so by clearing your private data from the app. This deletes any information that you added to the app (e.g. guest itineraries, credit card information) and logs you out of your Travelocity account.

To clear your private data:

1. On the Travelocity Home screen, tap the app's Action Overflow button ( )
2. Tap Settings.
3. In the GENERAL section, tap Clear Private Data.
4. Tap OK.

A trip's itinerary is removed from the Trips List approximately 48 hours after all trip items in the itinerary are complete. After a trip's itinerary is removed from the app, you can still view it on Travelocity's website by logging in to your account and clicking My Itineraries.

Travelocity differentiates trip itineraries by their itinerary numbers. Trip items that are booked in separate transactions are assigned different itinerary numbers. When trip items are booked separately in this way, the trip items could be removed from the app's Trips List at different times.

We've recently made some updates to the date picker that make it easier to use. Please check your version number to make sure you're using the current version of Travelocity. If you don't have the current version of Travelocity, then please update your app and try searching again. Still need some help? Please email us.

Airlines change fares continually throughout the day, and this can even happen while you're in the process of booking a flight. We always alert you to these fare changes so that you are aware of any increases or decreases in cost.

Currently, we only display business/first class flight options when there are no economy flights available for your search. We're working hard to add class options to the app in the future.
