Spring Break Hotel Sale

Room was nice and clean. Perfect location next to the Sphere with reasonable walking distance. Variety of restaurants. CVS and Starbucks very close by. Staff was great. Great stay for us. We will stay there again.

Bed mattress was worn. Pillows were too thick. AC did not work. Toilet was difficult to flush

We had a flight delay and went to check in later than expected, got our room key and entered the room. It hadn’t been cleaned at all from the last guests. Bad room

Love this resort! My family has been coming for 10 years. Always enjoy the pool and music, took advantage of the bball court this time. Pool staff is always excellent, above and beyond. Thank you Rolando.

Great location near airport

The staff at this facility is superb. Extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Was impressed when the housekeeping manager came to check on my housekeeping needs on the second day. This was a great oasis after a long day of travel! Everyone was helpful, kind, and accommodating during our stay! The property was clean and easily navigable.

very old and grand hotel. felt like i was in the titanic but a hotel. Was very eerie and felt haunted. if you are in to ghost wonderful place to stay. the stairs alone are just breath taking.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cute, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed watching the luggage robot in the lobby!

Great resort for kids. We visited during spring break. They had events for kids, nice slide and pool, dining areas and place to run around.

Breakfast in the 10 Thomas restaurant was delicious, staff was attentive and friendly. We reported the bathroom outlet was not functioning, they responded promptly (fixed within a half hour). Place was just ok; but for the price we payed Tv was not able to connect to nobody’s phone to watch Netflix or YouTube. Ice/ water machine was really slow, everything seems to be an upcharge. Even if the room is ready, you have to pay 55 for an early check in. The roof top/ pool was not open although ...

It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back.

Great stay

This hotel is in an excellent spot! Walking distance from Disneyland, restaurants and shops. It's clean and great for families.

The amenities are lackluster; however, I understand it's not a high-end hotel.

AC was great! Daily cleaning service was great (tipping is always good), front desk staff was super friendly & nice each day. Hotel is in a prime spot across from the beach and parallel to restaurants one street behind.

There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty.

Loved our time here and the beach is stunning. Javier was wonderful/helpful and the staff were always friendly. The food was just okay but the drinks/bar were always delicious. My fiance and I would recommend Majestic Colonial to friends looking for a relaxing time.
