Price Match Promise
What it is
Price Match Promise is an add-on that lets you get an automatic refund if the price of your flight drops after booking.
How it works
To qualify for Price Match Promise, you must purchase the add-on while booking a flight. It cannot be refunded. After booking, we'll automatically check for price drops every day around the same time you booked and send you a refund for the difference of the lowest price we find. Since prices can change often, you can also check for price drops yourself every 30 minutes from the time you book until 6 hours before you depart.
To purchase Price Match Promise
Shop for Flights.
During checkout, select the checkbox next to Yes, I want Price Match Promise.
Proceed with checkout.
To check for price drops yourself
Sign in to view your bookings.
Open any flight itinerary that includes Price Match Promise.
Under Price Match Promise, follow the Check latest price.
Use Check Latest Price to find price changes for your same flight.
Keep checking for price changes from the day you book until the day you depart.
Get your refund
When a price drop happens, we'll start your refund automatically. After your trip, you should see it post to your statement within 7 days. You can track your refund in your Price Drop History in your flight itinerary.
Good to know
Price Match Promise might not be available for all flights.
If you change your flight, we'll use the updated price on your itinerary for comparison.
If you cancel all flights on your itinerary, we'll automatically cancel any open refund requests.
If your flight is sold out, you may not be able to check for price drops.
