Amazing grand hotel next to the bay, our room had fantastic views of Yokohama and the bay. Very close to the local subway line and chinatown is just up the street. Our room also had exclusive access to the club lounge which allowed us to get coffee and other drinks plus snacks while enjoying the views from the 16th floor. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable although the air conditioning is controlled centrally so you can only open a window to cool the room. Staff were all excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was good, you have the option of a western style restaurant or a traditional Japanese. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff. Concierge had very helpful information... especially of the Yokohama area. The room was excellent... we had a beautiful view of the port and city... at night the lights were beautiful. Will recommend a stay in Yokohama at this hotel.

The hotel is right on the waterfront. Walkable to most of what Yokohama visitors might be interested in. Airport direct bus is across the street. Highly recommended.

Great place with interesting history
There are so many things great about this place; the staff are great and very helpful, the room is big, clean and comfortable, the view is incredible and most of all, there's quite a bit of history about this building and place that are very interesting. Around the area, just a few blocks away is Chinatown and the train station. The waterfront beginning with the park right across the hotel is a wonderful place to walk around. Overall, this is a quaint place that is very quiet yet is only a ride away from Yokohama station. I will return and stay again at this place.

A Classy Hotel
This is a very high end hotel for a reasonable price. They offer top notch and excellent service. Hotel is very close to Chinatown, Red Brick Warehouse and Cup Noodles Museum. Also close to a metro train. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel in Japan !!! Such an amazing place to stay so clean and plenty of places to shop and walk around !! The staff was above and beyond amazing !! Loved everyone from the door man to the front desk workers I want to give a special shout out to Kaeko ❤️❤️ such a lovely girl she made our stay so special we hope to see her again when we return ! We like the location because of its convenience. However we were asked to pay 3000 yen for two adults, and when it was booked we assumed it was charged by the room not by the number of person. It is very confusing and never heard of in US. Hopefully the property can make future booking more clearly to everyone! Thank you.
