We loved this hotel. It had the option to make coffee or tea all hours of the day, ice machine and clean rooms. It was really such a nice hotel to stay at.

Can’t stand by their promise
Horrible. Specifically asked for room away from elevator and vending. Got put right beside it. Moved me to a room w no key next to room under construction with strong paint and glue odor. Then the hotel made us move back to room next to elevator and to add insult guest next door so loud after 11 we got up and left at 1 am!!!

The overall entrance to the hotel and front desk area was nice. The room itself felt like a cheap beach hotel. Lights were obnoxiously bright and it wasn’t comfortable. Served its purpose just to sleep for the night, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again as there are many other local options available.

The bed by the window in room 321 had a large dip in the mattress. My husband didn't get much sleep! Told the woman the next morning and all she said was yeah we're gonna replace it.if I had seen how bad it was before we went to sleep I would've asked to switch rooms

Good Stay! Except...
Very good stay overall. Did not like the fact that I had to be escorted to my room whenever I left because their key reader was broken for specific rooms. Also, they promise to email me a receipt and I haven't received one as of yet.

Thin walls impossible to sleep avoid!
The hotel is fairly clean and easy to get to. The problem is the walls are thin. My family was woke up just after midnight to a couple next door coming in late. Loud talking could here the TV. Then the X rated sounds started sounded like they were filming an adult movie. Then they showered and could here that like it was right in our room. Then they went at it again. This was about 2 in the morning I had to round up my girls and leave I didn't want them to hear this. We just finished the drive home and got sleep there. The front desk people were polite. But I would not recommend this place if you want to get any sleep. So cheaply built.

Our usual stop while traveling west. No keys for room due to system being down. Spouse stayed in room while other left. Also, employee did not show up for preparing breakfast. Manager tried getting it going by 7am, 1 hour late and nothing cooked because oven was broken. Only cereal and biscuits and gravy. Very disappointed. Will cancel return trip
