I have stayed at this particular hotel two or three times. It suites my needs but nothing outstanding. I was glad to see they put a piece of carpet in the elevator (it was coming up in places and one of my reviews pointed out the hazard. On my next trip it was tacked down to attempt to make it safe. I appreciate the attempt and the pice of new carpet that has now been installed.

This was a surprisingly clean and nice hotel. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed the hot tub in our room. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Also it’s only 20 minutes to the Pittsburgh airport, which is handy.

On day 2 of our stay i went to the breakfast and the pre cooked cheese omelet was frozen in the warmer. Day 3 no housekeeping for any of the 3 nights and when I asked for clean towels they were out. Went to the hot tub they were out of towels for the pool also. The front desk finally found two clean towels from an unoccupied room. Not worth the nightly rate at all.

Well, you can not close the curtains, there is always light. The breakfast is the worst i have ever tasted. From the juice to what I took to be eggs, and my lord what was substituted for sausage? The building is at the basic level of maintenance.

Everything was in place and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Just a few things to mention. The carpet in the elevator needs replaced. It is a trip hazard. Some duct tape was holding some areas down. Door handle on room was loose and very problematic. Luggage cart needs replaced, very hard to steer.
