Fantastic, clean, affordable, and right in the middle of it all. Spread out in this comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment.

The unit is cozy and comfortable with Netflix, big screen TV’s, and great internet.

The location is what really makes this spot special. It is right in the middle of town, near all of the food, entertainment, shopping, health care, and other conveniences.

This is a perfect place for families, traveling workers, traveling nurses, or any other people wanting an affordable, private, and safe place.

Despite this precious vintage and mobile home and apartment community being right smack in the middle of town, this property is nestled on a quiet corner with beautiful trees. You can hear the wind blowing through the leaves, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though you're staying in this oasis, most modern creature comforts are within walking distance. It is truly unique to the area and a great hidden gem.

As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day. Worse than 1 star. AC didn’t work after first day. Moved me to a terrible mobile home that stunk and no AC in back bedroom. Terrible

Cleaning 1 SMOKE Smell ( took 2 Bottle Refesher & did not quit do it) 2 Open Bag og Ch1 Open chips

Dirty Dishes that smeeled in Dishwasher STILL There when left ! Could not control the Heat . Got it on Took 2.5 Day to be comfortable. Even with all that some day Will be Back. So, over all we like this Unit
