Farmer’s Market Bungalow- fenced yard w/ fire pit

The farmer's market bungalow was recently updated to keep the charm of a century old home without sacrificing modern conveniences.

It's a short walk (0.5 mi) from a local park and a year round farmer's market (0.4 mi). Both hosts live nearby. We love it here, we hope you do too!
The space
This newly updated home was originally built in 1915. This two bedroom one bath home starts with an inviting front porch, brings you into a cozy and charming atmosphere, and leads you out to a covered back deck with a large fenced in back yard and a fire pit. It is within walking distance of several downtown boutiques/restaurants, a park with a splash pad, and a year round farmer's market.

Full access to indoor/outdoor space with the exception of detached garage on property. Please make yourself at home!
Other things to note
We are a multi-generational host family made up of mom, dad, daughter, and son-in-law. We both live within 5 minutes of the property and are here for you during your stay, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything. You will be able to self-check in/out.

Please enjoy our home and treat it with respect as you would your own. We love this place and hope you make wonderful memories with your friends and/or family here!

Well behaved pets (max of 2 pets per stay) under 40 lbs are welcome! There is a $35 pet fee. Our expectation is that pets do not get on any furniture or beds and are crated when unsupervised. Pet waste bags will be provided to collect all pet waste. Additional fees may apply if waste/excessive pet hair/general pet mess are noted after check out.

We take pride in offering a family friendly space. There are baskets of books, games, and toys in the living room and a nightlight/sound machine and baby monitor available for use. There is a pack and play and umbrella stroller on site as well to save you from having to lug along excess gear!

Great for families

We really appreciated the convenience of this location as we traveled through Missouri. The property had so many extras to accommodate families that we did not expect - a snack, packplay, baby monitor, sound machine, games, and toys. It was very thoughtfully designed and furnished. This bungalow was so pristine and well appointed! It was actually disappointing to come home to our own bed after sleeping in such comfort! The immaculate, white bedding was SO comfortable, fresh and comfortable! The thoughtful amenities made our stay even better. The floors, beds, bathroom, kitchen…all spotless. The sweetest little place!

My girls and I absolutely loved this place! The decor was simple and lovely. The furniture was so comfortable. There were places to sit on the front porch, on the back porch, and around the fire pit. The owners thought of everything and provided what we needed, above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing and comfortable visit. We loved it, and we loved Webb City!

Wonderful Place

Tastefully decorated home

We had a great time staying at this house. Everything is so thought out of items you need staying away from home! The enclosed yard was great for our 8 month old puppy. Spacious house that makes you feel at home and it was so close to our family we came to visit. We greatfull for all plug and an adorable little sitter area by the windows. We will definitely stay here in the future. Thanks so much for making this house available!

Perfect for a Small Family Stay

This house is adorable! Furnishings are stylish and functional. Kitchen is well stocked. We walked to the park close by and attended the farmers market held there. This house was the perfect size for myself, my daughter and her 4 month old, and my niece with her 1 year old. We made wonderful memories and found 4, 4-leaf clovers during our little Easter Egg hunt. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to Missouri.
