Okay stay; good location

The location was great since I had a clinic across the street. It is an older property and needs some touchups on paint, carpet. The decor was updated but it still needed some touches. The hallways are dark and need some better lighting. The areas where there were exits were pretty ratty. I was disappointed there wasn't any continental breakfast that was free, but it is a higher grade hotel. I did like the complementary newspaper.

The property was an average stay. Nothing spectacular about it. Things I did not like: bathroom area to small commode was made for a midget no way to leave a dim light on to manuever around the room at night

Lication was convenient, by the river walk and suspension bridge. Dr Pepper and Silos were a walkable distance. Also a quick drive to Baylor. Staff was friendly and helpful & it is clean.
