Really enjoyed our stay. Given free room upgrade. Comfortable accommodation in central location just a few minutes walk from St Stephen’s Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast with eggs and omelettes cooked fresh upon order.

Excellent place to stay in Vienna
Great hotel in perfect location. Very spacious rooms. I was upgraded at check in and offered 25% discount for food and drinks as Hotels VIP member. The bar is perfect place for nightcap drink after the day of exploring the city. Best bar service and overall all people are very friendly and helpful.

Pros: great location, clean room. Cons: incredibly hot in the room with the ability to open a window only, but being on the third floor, couldn’t keep the window open long due to cigarette smell from the street. The hallway from the elevator to the room smelled very bad too.

I recently stayed here and was absolutely delighted with the service. The staff was incredibly kind and always attentive to my needs. The room was spotless, clean, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the location is perfect, close to everything I needed, which made my trip much easier. The location is great and the staff are friendly. But the hotel is old and warned out, the carpet looks dirty and stained. The bathroom has a shower attached to a bathtub, which is not easy to get in and out of, and there is a half glass wall for shower, which is impossible to keep from getting the bathroom floor wet. Although the breakfast was included when I booked the hotel via Expedia, the staff told us that the breakfast was excluded and we needed to pay for it when we checked in.
