We arrived during a busy concert weekend with over 50 people waiting in the lobby. At first we thought it was all for check in but most of them were still waiting for their rooms after the check in time. We checked in a little after 4pm and did not get our room until 6:40pm. This is the first time this has happened at any of our hotel stays ever. They did not offer any partial refund or hotel credit for our inconvenience. Our event started at 7pm and we were late because of the hotel “not having enough clean rooms” for how many people were checking in on time. Would never stay here ever again.

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton in December for a dance competition. Evidently Zach Bryan was also in concert at the BOK. We went to check in at 4:00 and was told our room was not ready because they were full the night before. We did not get into our room until 8:00. Staff was overwhelmed and testy when asked questions. When we go to the room, the toliet had stains all in it. Room looked dated. Beds were hard and none of us slept well. At $300 a night, we expected nicer accommodations and a staff that was welcoming. And icing on the cake-no warm chocolate cookies. If you know you have sold out nights, then management should have planned better.

This was the worst experience I have had with a hotel. I stood in line for 45 minutes just to check in. Then when it was my turn I was told my room was not ready, and they didn’t know when it would be ready. I was going to have to stand back in line to see if my room was ready. The lobby was full of people and no where to sit. One employee told me we could go sit in a corner of the lobby. I then decided to get back in another line 2 hours later and miraculously my room was ready. Very poorly managed hotel, there was not a manager around to speak with. The first employee that did my initial check in was rude and acted like it was my problem to figure out getting my room. Not happy at all with this experience.

We had reserved and pre-paid for a king room and when arriving at 4:30 PM (30 minutes after check in was allowed) and were informed the only room was 2 queens (more like two fulls). Breakfast was supposed to be complementary as an adjustment for the room mess up and we were charged for it as well. Service for breakfast was also very poor. As a Hilton honors member was disappointing. Usually not the case with Doubletree properties.
