I didn’t like that there was no coffee options in the room. I like to have a coffee before heading down to breakfast. There were no Cups/glasses in the room. When I was ready for bed and about to take my pills, nothing to put water in. I had to go downstairs to get a cup to put water in. Not customer considerate.

Personnel was fantastic. Very friendly and made you feel at home. The room was perfect. Everything was well thought out. I have nothing negative to say except for plane noise and being on main road. It really isn’t anything against the hotel’s doing.
