We would stay there again, it was most enjoyable to stay for my 70th birthday. Food options were fairly ordinary. We included breakfast and would not do that again. Ate in restaurant 1 night, and wouldn't eat in there again either.

To coin a phrase, "Exactly what it said on the box." We only stayed 2 nights but could happily stayed for 2 weeks. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, the list goes on. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Holiday Break
We return to B&W a couple of times a year for the Theatre and the excellent shopping. Toowoomba is a friendly and welcoming town with plenty to see and do, and B&W is an excellent place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable quiet rooms, and a much iimproved breakfast buffet. Also, a very good and reasonably priced in-house restaurant. We saw Bill Bailey's new show at the delightful art deco Empire Theatre visited the Japanese Gardens, and my good lady made a valiant attempt to max out her card. Had a great meal and a memorable bottle of red, Pirramimma Cab Sav at Piccolo Papas.

Absolutely stunning visit
This was a stunning traditional hotel with all the well looked after trimmings. Beautiful well thought out quality rooms, furnishings and bed linen. The jet bath and rain shower room is next level. Centrally located. The staff were amazing and the service outstanding. Id love to stay again.

Good hotel downtown
Hotel is in middle of downtown Toowoomba, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Its a well kept hotel with breakfast available and a very good restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that our room was a little tight. But when you go out to all the great places to see and eat, all you need is a clean room with a comfortable bed, and they had that in spades.
