We had a disappointing stay at the Prince Park Tokyo Tower. The room was outdated, extremely warm even while it was just 10 degrees outside, air conditioning non functional and poor air quality. This made our stay unpleasant. We complained at reception but other then a change of AC filter no real action was undertaken. Hotel is well located in city and breakfast at floor 33 was also nice

Unique view of the tower. Staff are exceptional. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Lack of English speaking staff surprises me for such an expensive hotel

We booked it for the tower view. The tower view was great. The room is very old through. Looks much more nice and renovated in pictures. The lobby does seem renovated but the rooms are much outdated. Even repainting would change the vibe a lot. For how much we paid (~$650 per night), we thought the room quality felt not up to par. Staff were polite and helpful. Checking in took a while but everyone was nice about it.

This might have been one of my best hotel stays of all time. I've stayed in club level at the best hotels in the United States and none of them come close to the level of service we received at this hotel. Arrival from the cab was simple and easy. I had not touched my bags from getting out until i was unpacking. We had to wair for our room for a few hours so they recommended some activities for us to do in the meantime. The stay was to celebrate a surprise engagement. I wanted to grab a slice of cake to celebrate the occasion so i asked for recommendations. The club concierge asked what i imagine is a couple of other people for recs and they gave an amazing recommendation and offered to call me a cab to get there and back. The club lounge was always welcoming and well staffed. The drinks were great that you made yourself and the company was always pleasant. It did start to get loud around 8pm but never rowdy. The view from the lounge and our room were phenomenal. The lounge faced Tokyo Tower and our room faced Mount Fuji. The icing on the cake was when we were checking out, we planned to go to Kyoto for a few days. They offered to keep our luggage at the property free of charge until we got back to tokyo. When we did return, it was almost like we never checked out and again our luggage went from bell services to our cab. Would always recommend as it is more than worth the price!

Being in the club floor was exceptional. Service, staff were exceptional. Very helpful. Would have liked more Japanese food in the club lounge e.g sushi, gyoza but other than that very good
