Having the beach pier would’ve been nice but it’s closed off, more entertainment options would be lovely as well. Asides from that the room is beautiful, super clean, friendly staff, beach and pool are stunning

Golf course is not worth $130 a round. Maybe worth $35 a round. Grass is dead and no sand in sand traps. Course is closed Monday and Tuesday too. Everything is way over priced for Honduras standards. Bartenders are great though. Very nice and service by bartenders was perfect.

Got lost getting to the property as it’s not registered properly on Google maps and it is definitely out of the way but nothing too crazy. Property was beautiful. Pools were great. Beach was beautiful but was not able to enjoy due to all the mosquitos. It was rainy season when I went but it truly was unbearable and no one was at the beach because of this. Im still recovering from all the mosquito bites. They also had no repellant at the shop onsite. Also note it is a very wavy beach. Beach is beautiful and clean. Water is perfect aside from the constant waves. It was pretty empty at this resort which was surprising. We had the pools completely to ourselves on several occasions. I did expect more attentive staff because of this but Room service for more towels and water was requested and was delivered probably an hour later. We were also placed in a room not as close to the beach or pools as we would’ve liked despite the resort being so empty. Did not try the food because menu was very limited and mostly American food. Property is about 20 min drive from all the restaurants and Main Street so we opted to eat out. Property seems to have a lot of potential but definitely expected more service for the price and better food options. It should be all inclusive based on price and property being remote. With all that said it probably is the nicest most upscale option in Tela but it felt a bit like you were deserted in a beautiful resort.
