Stay here for more than 20 nights overall. Great budget hotel. Clean comfortable and good location. Had a Wi-Fi problem this time, but they worked on it right away. Same negative every time, the beds are way too firm. I think next time I will look for a different hotel with a softer bed. Staff and service was five star.

Good location
Room was fine, roomy, AC worked well. Bed on the hard side. Location was great. Day market just a block away easy access to restaurants, walkable to bus station (just over 1 km). Quiet street even though close to main drag.

I arrived very late at night and the staff came out to give me my room key, which was amazing because I tried other Places and didn’t answer late. The lady at the front desk is amazing and extremely helpful and resourceful. She helped me get around the city and to the airport in time for my flight. Amazing experience staying in here. The place is very safe and quiet. The rooms are super clean and tidy

I have stayed here many times. Always good. Very very clean! Friendly staff Good location. 100m walk to many stores, bars and food. I only have 1 negative….the beds are very firm. I will stay here every time I go to Sukhothai.

Quaint but a little tired
Blue House was located ideally for being in the new city of Sukhothai, but a 12km, 150 - 220 baht tuk tuk ride from the old city / historic park. It was very quiet, being off the main street behind a local market and close to the Buddhist temples that boomed out their music beautifully around 6pm as sun went down. The hotel was a little tired, with old, leaky air con units which struggled to lower the temperature to 20 degrees. The beds were the usual hard if the region. Staff were very helpful, even if their English was limited. They arranged a 70 baht tuktuk back to the bus station for us.

Combining place to stay
Across street to the bus to the old heritage park,near to the morning market,if you cross the river to the night market, if you want to walk to the bus station,to thru morning market in the temple,walk toward north, pass JJ guest house at your right and then right toward river canal dock, following river bank and passing thru tobacco field at your left ,ask lady at shop way to the bus station,it will be small alley next what you thought the right path to the bus station,abt.500 miter in total.

Blue House is located behind the main street so it's nice and quiet. Also at the end of the street that access the Blue House is a large street market typical of Thailand.

Clean and comfortable place for a visit in Sukhoth
This was my second visit in Sukhothai and this time I decided to stay in Blue House. The place is perfectly located a little walk from the main road but because of it it allows for a quiet night. Also it is located close to the local street food area and convenient for the local bus that takes all tourists to the Historical Old Sukhothai. I can highly recommend this place and would stay there if I ever get to Sukhothai again.

Nice jotel great location
Hotel was newly updated great lobby to hang out and have a cup of coffee, morning market at the end of the street, bus stop to sokhothai park at he end of the street as well as bars restaraunts, outdoor vendors.

Great people.
Great clean house at a fair price. Our host, Jin, was gracious and extremely helpful. When we wanted to stay another night he changed our bus ticket at the station and even helped me practice Thai. The people at the house as well as the whole town were some of the warmest and friendliest we've encountered in Thailand. We will definitely stay here again.

Best hotel of entire stay
I spent 3 weeks traveling in Thailand and Cambodia, and spent an average of 3 nights at each location. This was my favorite hotel. The room was exceptional. The location was better than I could have hoped. I was walking distance from the bus (not short walk, but better with short cut - use google maps). It was a block from the morning market and only a few blocks from the night market. There was a bus stop for going to the old city and ruins that was essentially across the street.

Nice place to stay
We spent four nights. The room was very clean. Its location may not appeal to all as it is on a side alley, but we found it wonderfully quiet and good to be away from main road road noise. At the other end of the alley a morning market convenes and quits early. It is interesting for live seafood in tubs and other items of daily life. It was a very short walk to the main street and easily identified shuttle to Sukhothai Historical park,the main reason for being in Sukhothai. We enjoyed meals at Poo and Pai restaurants which are across the main street. We also ate a couple of meals at on the street dining and found those good as well. Staff was friendly, one young man particularly so, he made sure that we knew about the night market street. The hotel offers bicycles and scooters for rent. The scooters are very reasonable, but we decided not to tempt fate in an area where we can't read road signs. The A/C worked very well. Wi-fi was a bit hit and miss at times.

Nice place, good value
I stayed a night here and I was very impressed by the facility of the room. It was far better than what I expected for the money I paid. It was very well managed and clean everywhere. It's very close from the bus stop to Old City, center of the new city, convenience store, night market, etc.
