I’m embarrassed to be a rewards member because of this property. How dare they disrespect my family and I. They will mislead you and make you think that they are on the beach, but they are not. They are across a road!!!!! I warn you, do not stay here ever ever ever!

The property was very nice. Hotel was empty and yet they couldn’t get us a room facing the gulf and the sushi for dinner was a tiny piece of tuna with lots of rice. Underwelmed.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful hotel on a gorgeous beach! The room was spectacular and the service was excellent. Restaurant was a bit too fussy for our family so we skipped eating there, but found several options for more casual dining in the area. There is currently a lot of construction next to the hotel which did not bother us, but sitting on the balcony could be loud with construction noise. They look like they are almost done so if you plan on going in the next few months check with the hotel before you book if noise bothers you

Love this place.

We loved this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. There are restaurants a huge surf shop market nearby. It was clean , the staff was so friendly. The decor and food are wonderful. The pool area is comfortable the pool is nice and warm. We will stay here next time. I do think the valet is overpriced at $33 a night but valet was very responsive and friendly.. And there really isn't any other place to park.

This hotel is a really great find- the people who work there are extremely accommodating and made sure we were happy. However there is construction going on directly beside the hotel. It is insanely noisy and not ideal if you are staying on the wrong side of the hotel. I never leave reviews but I would not have booked this hotel had I known this. Mornings that were supposed to be peaceful and sleep ins were loud and unbearable. They did switch us rooms and offer what they could but when you settle in and unpack it is frustrating and annoying to switch rooms. Just letting everyone who is going there on holiday to expect the noise or stay on the floors located on the other side of the hotel. Other than that the rooftop pool is great and the restaurant is ok. It’s pretty pricey. Location and beach are great!

Good but could be so great

Great hotel , could be 5 star with some slight soft improvements. The room was great size, fridge coffee etc big bathroom separate shower toilet BUT the shower needs attention as it does leek out if you are lose with shower head and the shower switch to rainfall needs fixing too. Quiet room BUT need to work on the room heating cooling system which does not do what it needs so fan on all time and cannot switch off or get to one temp to stay it either blows hot air or cold air to adjust climate —fix this as it’s a repeat problem. Swimming pool was great and the bar tender excellent with great drinks and food which I think are priced fair. BUT the pool attendant kinda awol, towels not replenished so had to chase fit this. Gymn was great BUT fridge was not refilled, and no towels where it should be. Parking is valet which is ok and price is a little high but it’s convenient BUT for this you would expect the valet to help take bags out and up to reception … it’s the small details that needs fixing and this place would be the gem on the water front.

SPACIOUS ROOMS. WE HAD DOUBLE BED ROOM ON 3RD FLOOR. IT WAS MORE LIKE A SUITE. BEACH VIEW FROM THE BALCONY. COOL POOL AND BAR ON THE ROOF. NEXT TO RESTAURANTS AND ACCROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH. ITS A NEW PROPERTY SO EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND CLEAN.
