No se sentirá decepcionado cuando alquile esta casa adosada ... tiene todo lo que necesita para tener una experiencia increíble en Clearwater Beach, que incluye:
1) Amplia casa adosada: casa adosada de 2400 pies cuadrados con todo lo que necesitará para disfrutar de sus vacaciones, incluido su propio ascensor privado
2) Servicios increíbles: piscina, gran terraza en la azotea y todo lo que necesitará para disfrutar de un día en la playa. Además, hemos tratado de pensar en todo lo que necesitará dentro de la casa para disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Deberías tener todo lo que necesitas (y tal vez incluso más).

También incluimos 5 bicicletas para su uso para explorar Clearwater Beach. Con las bicicletas, encontrarás cascos y cerraduras para tu uso.
o Sala de bonificación: acabamos de completar una gran sala de bonificación de 600 pies cuadrados en el primer piso. Hay un gran sofá seccional, mesa de comedor para hasta 6 personas, refrigerador, área de bar y un televisor inteligente de 43 "con Xbox. A solo 10 pasos fuera de un gran conjunto de puertas francesas encontrará la piscina y solo unos pasos más, encontrará el canal intracostero.

Segunda planta:
     o Cocina: la cocina actualizada cuenta con exóticos gabinetes de madera de ébano de Macassar, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera calidad y barra de desayuno elevada con vista a la sala principal y al balcón trasero.
o Great Room: gran televisor con pantalla plana con wifi, mesa de cocina lo suficientemente grande para 6 personas y un sofá extremadamente grande con capacidad para todos
     o Habitación de invitados: cuenta con baño privado, vestidor y 2 camas de tamaño completo.

Tercer piso
     o Habitación de invitados: cuenta con baño privado, vestidor y cama queen size
     o Dormitorio principal: dormitorio muy grande con una cama king-size, 2 vestidores y mucho espacio de almacenamiento en los aparadores. Además, hay un baño principal muy grande con tocadores dobles y dos lavabos, bañera de hidromasaje con jacuzzi y ducha acristalada con doble cabezal de ducha y una habitación separada con el inodoro.
4) Terraza en la azotea: la amplia y espaciosa terraza en la azotea está cubierta de exuberante césped artificial de alta calidad que se suma al entorno relajado y las vistas panorámicas del Golfo, las playas y el paisaje urbano de la isla. Hay muchos muebles de patio en el techo para disfrutar de bebidas y ver la puesta de sol al final del día.

Perfect for family in Clearwater Beach!
We just got back yesterday and felt the need to review this property right away. First off, the photos are an accurate representation of what you get. The place is beautiful! The location is incredible! The unit is loaded with everything you need. The owners thought of everything, there's too much to mention. Everything needed to prepare and cook meals is provided. There are tons walk-able restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shops, and more. The bikes were perfect to explore and get around with. The beach cart was a game changer for our family of 6. We packed everything in it and it was very easy to maneuver. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. We didn't have to buy anything all week. The pool was perfect for a dip after the beach and is right outside your back door. The ground floor game room was great. My 13 year old son practically lived down there. He went from swimming in the pool to playing video games seamlessly. The roof top deck was spectacular! Wonderful view of the bay and the boats. The August sun made it too hot during the day, but the nights with the breeze coming from the gulf were beautiful. The owners really thought of everything. I had to communicate with them a couple of times during our stay and each time was very pleasant. Well done! We would definitely stay here again!

Family beach vacation
The house and all the amenities were all wonderful! We felt very at home in this well equipped rental. Clearwater Beach had a lot to offer a family with older teens right in walking distance! Loved traveling 2 miles over to Sand Key for a quieter beach some days as well! Would definitely rent again. Owner was great and very easy to work with, highly recommended staying at this property!

Great Family Vacation!
This property was perfect for our family vacation. This is hands down the nicest place we’ve rented. Every floor had something to offer. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax and watch the canal ( we were lucky enough to see several dolphin). The beach as well as several restaurants and shops were an easy walk away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the Clearwater Beach area!

Great property!
My family stayed at this property in early June 2024. Honestly, our favorite times might have been those we spent at this townhouse! It was a welcome respite from the heat and humidity. Even the ocean wasn't refreshing; it was more like a warm bath! Walking distance to the beach and a number of great restaurants. The owners provide an incredibly comprehensive handbook, including suggestions of nearby places to eat well and affordably. The kitchen was very well-appointed, including a surprisingly nice air fryer! The griddle and grill on the top floor are also of very high quality, allowing me to cook up my family favorite cheesesteak sandwiches and clean up afterwards quite easily! During our stay, one of the families in another unit allowed their young children to swim in the pool unsupervised at midnight. I reached out to the owner and she was quite swift in addressing the situation, finding the family in question and impressing upon them the necessity of following the rules. There were no other problems the rest of the week. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Great Vacation House In Clearwater!
The owners Glori and Neal have been absolutely great to deal with! Any questions we had for them, the response was almost instantaneous. Check in/out was very easy. The house itself was very nice and clean, it felt like we were at home away from home! We are definitely considering coming back next year with some more family, and possibly renting out the other property they have as well. I would definitely recommend this beach house to anyone that is looking to vacation in Clearwater!

We had a wonderful time at this property despite a few hiccups during our stay. The owners communicated with us on a daily basis and made sure we were comfortable and everything was to our satisfaction. We loved ending each day in the pool, and seeing dolphins right off the dock was the highlight of the week. We chose not to utilize the rooftop features because it was scorching hot up there! Otherwise, we took advantage of the bicycles, wagon, and all of the provided beach supplies. Great location and very walkable to a number of shops and eateries. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Wonderful home. Owners have stocked it with anything you could need! From phone chargers on the nightstands to a portable bluetoooth speaker for the pool. Lounge room by the pool with Nintendo system is a great retreat for the kids (or husbands)! Would definitely stay here again!.

Spring Break
This property was up to date/modern decor. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary supplies for cooking and storing food. It was also immaculately organized and clean. We were especially appreciative that it was stocked with the basic supplies such as coffee, creamer, sweetners, spices and seasonings as well as squeeze bottle condiments in the fridge. Hats off to the cleaning service. Most of the time the cleaning services, in my opinion, is inadequate. All the supplies were neatly organized in the kitchen. Although, we did not make full use of the roof top it was fully decked with lounging area, umbrellas, dining table and grills. We did enjoy the sunrise and the mornings with coffee there. The basement area and garage was fully and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. You will need your own sunscreen lotion, but that’s about it. It would have been great to use the kayaks but totally understandable they were for owners only. We slept in the master suit and the bed was heavenly for me. I enjoyed the soaking tub every night. We would definitely book again. I don’t think I have stayed many places that I would book again other than in Germany. I would book here again.

This place is Amazing!!!
If you want a beautiful place within walking distance to everything this is the place to go!! From the time we booked this place to the time we left everything went smoothly. Right after we booked we received info we needed for our trip. The host was amazing to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The host has thought of everything!!! We really enjoyed the recommendations of where to eat and what to do on rainy days. The house itself has a ton of room. We had a family of 6 and never felt crowded or bored. The pool was the perfect size!! The views from this place were amazing!! Thank you for a great stay and we hope to return!!! 10 out of 10!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Clearwater Christmas
This was a great property. It has great amenities and is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our family had a great time and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We would like to have been able to take advantage of the rooftop, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Our sons are video game fans and loved the downstairs room with the built in X-box. All-in-all a fun trip for our family of five!!

Amazing Property
I have not been to Clearwater beach in 25 years and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Without question the nicest place my family has ever stayed regardless of location. Property description and location spot on. Spacious and beautiful. Bonus room and roof top are game changers. No need to worry about beach chairs, towels, coolers and other amenities when traveling as everything is provided. Wagon makes it easy for the short walk to beach and bicycles also available. Host Gloria is absolutely awesome! Responds quickly to any inquiries. There was an issue that was our fault and she took care of it immediately. Highly, highly recommend. Clearwater Beach
My family and I had a great time in Clearwater. The property was just as shown in the pictures with a great location. There was plenty of space for the six of us and the owner has thought of everything. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and this one really had everything you need. Just bring yourself and enjoy your vacation!!!

Pefect week!
This house is everything you need to enjoy a week away. Everything is so clean and so much space so you can spread out and relax. Lots of amenities at the house so you can enjoy biking, the beach, and games so you don't have extra expenses you can't take home. We enjoyed local restaurants, biking, and even able to spend a few days exploring Tampa. The walk to the beach is not too far and you can even bike there since there are bike racks everywhere. This is probably the cleanest house we have ever stayed in, it felt like we were home from the cleanliness. Rooftop is perfect for morning reading and also best place to view the fireworks!

Beautiful Townhouse - A slice of heaven
The townhouse was exactly as pictured and the previous reviews were spot on. Glori was fantastic to work with. We were even able to get into the condo early on our day of arrival but unfortunately our plane got delayed. The place had everything you needed. I can't think of one thing that was missing. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook and clean. Unlike most places we have stayed at using Vrbo, Glori had the house stocked with extra kitchen necessities like spices, condiments, sandwich bags, foil, trash bags, cleaning products, bathroom essentials, and tons of things to enjoy the beach and pool. Every other place I have stayed had none of these things. This made it quite easy to spend more time enjoying our stay instead of constantly running to the store. We spent a week enjoying the pool, beaches, restaurants, and the beautiful townhouse. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. If you're looking at place to stay this is it. Close to everything. We didn't have a car and we didn't need one. We ubered from the airport to the condo, which was quick and easy. A lot of places close so we walked most of the time. If we wanted a ride it was a very cheap to Uber. Most places cost less than $10 to get to. Thank you Glori for the beautiful stay and we look forward to coming back soon.

Great Host and Property
Love the house and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house was great and the Host was very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be back.

Amazing!
Perfect place for our family, would definitely stay again. Glori includes all the amenities you could ask for during your stay. If we are in the same area next year, we will book again.
